We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to help build the Partner-Led Services program within Professional Services at SentinelOne. This is a global individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Professional Services Project Management. This role was created to reflect the growing scale and strategic importance of SentinelOne's delivery partner ecosystem. You will help define and execute the operational strategy, governance framework, and performance management across our third-party delivery partner relationships.

This role demands a strategic operator with experience in partner-led delivery services, who understands the incentives and controls required to foster an ecosystem of partners motivated to deliver high-quality services to our customers.

What Will You Do?

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Support the definition and execution of the operational strategy for partner-led services delivery
• Help govern and manage partner performance, including the design and administration of SLAs and KPIs that hold partners to SentinelOne's quality standards
• Drive partner integration and alignment, ensuring partners deliver services consistent with SentinelOne's current best practices and keep pace with product and service innovations
