As a Staff Technical Success Manager, Prompt you will be tasked with leading customers through structured deployment journeys and driving measurable adoption outcomes. You will serve as the primary technical advisor and relationship anchor for enterprise accounts, bridging complex security challenges with practical, value-driven solutions.
