About us:

Plural Strategy is the leading strategy consultancy for the information and media sectors.

We founded Plural Strategy in 2014 to bring a fresh approach to information and media strategy consultancy. Our people are intellectually curious, with a relentless focus on finding the right solutions for clients in our chosen sectors. We strive to create impact, are consciously collaborative and forward-thinking.

Our business has grown substantially since those early days, but our ethos remains consistent. From our offices in London and New York, our multinational team of more than 70 specialists are dedicated to solving complex client challenges at pace.

What makes Plural Strategy different?

Culture

At Plural Strategy we are extremely proud of our culture which combines excellence with collaboration. We are a small, friendly and inclusive firm with an environment which supports your development. You will be given responsibilities from day one and plenty of exposure to both Partners and Clients.

Projects

Outstanding and dynamic problem solving is at the very heart of what we do. Our projects are high impact and strategic – typically around 4-6 weeks in length. This means you are always moving onto something new – perfect for intellectually curious candidates who are looking for challenge and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our people apply their exceptional skills across strategy, value creation and M&A. This consciously collaborative approach means we get to the heart of clients’ issues at pace and develop solutions which create both immediate impact and long-term value.

Lifestyle

Unlike many consulting firms, you’ll largely be working from our offices rather than out on client sites. This gives you greater control over planning your life outside of work and reduces the time you spend travelling (as well as your carbon footprint). It also lets you fully immerse yourself in our supportive team culture and get involved in our many social activities and clubs. You will still get to travel, often internationally, for client meetings and events – the best of both worlds!

Growth

Plural Strategy is a dynamic and growing consultancy, and we’re looking for talented and motivated Analysts who want to flourish with us. Many of our senior team started their careers at Plural and have been supported to progress rapidly through the business. Could you be next?

The Analyst Role:

• You will be a core part of the project team and have a central role in fulfilling client engagements across a range of project types and industries.
