Job Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for improving access to mental healthcare resources. The Outreach Coordinator develops new referral relationships and supports ongoing existing relationships with established referring organizations. Referrals will stem from entities such as colleges and universities, primary care practices, specialists, community partners, private practice, health systems, clinics, etc. The Outreach Coordinator represents Rivia Mind in the market and will showcase knowledge of all applicable service offerings and attributes. This role will share feedback on market response to outreach messaging and provide insights on new referral sources. As part of our Growth team, the Outreach Coordinator will support efforts to help individuals and larger organizations understand the value of Rivia Mind and to establish and grow our referral volume from these entities.
