The Table

VCCP is the global challenger network for challenger brands. With more than 1,500 people across 13 offices in North America, EMEA and APAC, we challenge convention to create value for the world’s most ambitious organisations.

Our founding belief is It Only Works If It All Works. That’s why we bring specialists from every discipline - strategy, AI, data, media, digital, experience, branding, creativity, production, PR, CX, CRM, employee engagement and beyond - into one fully integrated challenger network.

We were founded on the principles of simplicity, collaboration and un-preciousness, and we’ve grown by staying true to them. Today, our clients include some of the world’s most recognisable and progressive brands, such as Virgin Media O2, Barclays, Cadbury, Compare the Market, Domino’s, White Claw, easyJet, Primark and Co-op.

VCCP has topped the AAR’s annual new business ranking in 13 of the last 14 years and holds multiple Agency of the Year titles. Across every company and every capability, we share the same ambition: to challenge ourselves, challenge our clients and challenge the industry for the better.

WHO ARE WE?

We are VCCP.

The challenger network for challenger brands.

What do we mean by challenger, I hear you ask?

We are the underdogs.

Rocky versus Drago.

Or, in our case, a tiny human versus a great big grizzly bear.

This is what we do best – we pit ourselves against the biggest bears… And we take them down.

We like to challenge what’s expected….

It’s a massive part of VCCP culture. To ask questions…to challenge things.  To create challenger work for ambitious challenger clients…

We are for brands who want to be bold and shake it up a little…however big or small.  To do this we are on a mission to hire the most talented people from the four corners of the planet. People who won’t settle for nudging things forward an inch when things could move a  mile.

People with ambition for themselves and their clients.

People who never get complacent, and always stay paranoid.

People who never think they know everything, and are always open to learning from others.

Oh yeah...and people are not afraid of bears.

Up for the challenge? Then we'd love to hear from you!
