Lead Product Manager - (Talent Pool / Future Opportunities)

Own the why, and shape what gets built.

About the Role

We build products for clients, and someone has to own the problem: what we're solving, for whom, and why it matters. As a Lead Product Manager, you lead discovery, set product direction, and turn fuzzy business needs into something the team can actually build. You are the person keeping everyone pointed at the outcome that matters.

You'll work inside a Monks delivery team as a trusted advisor to our clients and the primary product point of contact, partnering closely with engineering and design.

We're all-in on agentic engineering. Tools like Claude Code and Codex are part of our everyday workflow, and we're looking for people who are genuinely fluent working alongside AI coding agents and excited to push those practices further.

Who You Are

• A trusted advisor: clients rely on your judgment, and you earn it.
• Decisive under ambiguity: you make the call with incomplete information and adjust as you learn.
• User- and business-minded: you hold both the customer's need and the client's goals at once.
• A clear communicator: you deliver concise, decision-ready updates to any audience.

What You'll Do

• Discovery and strategy: run discovery, research, and analysis, and define the product direction and roadmap.
• Client partnership: serve as trusted advisor and primary product contact, surface competing needs early, and broker trade-offs.
• Delivery: define requirements, prioritize, and manage scope with engineering and design from idea through launch and adoption.
• Measurement: define the KPIs that matter and use data to drive iteration.
• Risk: spot risks to delivery early and drive mitigation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in product management for software or digital products, ideally including 0-to-1 work.
• A track record leading end-to-end discovery and turning operational needs into scalable requirements.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with web technologies, technical concepts, and APIs.
• Ability to ramp quickly on an unfamiliar domain.
• Goal-oriented, autonomous, and organized.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile consulting environment.

Extra Credit

• A consulting or client-facing background.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products.
• Agile certification (e.g. CSPO).
• Experience mentoring other product managers.
• Fluency with collaborative tools (Figma, Miro, Jira, or similar).

About Monks

Monks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc, where our culture centers on how we show up for the work and for one another. That begins with the commitment to strive for mastery—taking deep pride in our craft and creating work that sets the bar. In everyday execution, we drive momentum by choosing bold action rather than waiting for certainty. Above all, our teams are stronger together, bringing diverse perspectives into a unified team that communicates with clarity, trust, and mutual respect.

This commitment to craft and innovation translates directly into widespread industry acclaim: Monks was named a Contender in The Forrester Wave™: Global Marketing Services and a leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Global Digital Marketing Agencies. It ranks among Cannes Lions' Top 10 Creative Companies (2022-25) and remains the only partner featured in AdExchanger’s Programmatic Power Players list every year (2020-24). Named Adweek’s first AI Agency of the Year (2023) and The One Show’s inaugural AI Pioneer Organization (2025), Monks was also awarded Business Intelligence Group’s 2026 Excellence in Artificial Intelligence Award in the Human-Machine Interaction Team category. Additionally, Monks.Flow earned AI-based Marketing Solution of the Year at the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards and a 2026 Global Generative AI Award in the Agentic Marketing Innovation category. Finally, Monks achieved a record-breaking number of FWAs and continues to hold the most of any partner.

We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to building a respectful and empowering work environment for all people to freely express themselves amongst colleagues who embrace diversity in all respects. Including fresh voices and unique points of view in all aspects of our business not only creates an environment where we can all grow and thrive but also increases our potential to produce work that better represents—and resonates with—the world around us.
