Director, Product Marketing

Redefine the future of customer experiences. One conversation at a time.

At Nextiva, we’re reimagining how businesses connect, bringing together customer experience and team collaboration on a single, conversation centric platform. Powered by AI, driven by human innovation.

Our culture is forward thinking, customer obsessed and built on the belief that meaningful connections drive better business outcomes. Whether it’s through our signature Amazing Service®, the technology we create, or the experiences we cultivate, connection is at the core of who we are.

If you’re ready to collaborate with incredible people, make an impact, and help businesses everywhere deliver truly amazing experiences, this is where you belong.

Location: This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters (9451 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256). Working together onsite strengthens how we operate, enabling faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger execution, so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity.

In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite five days per week, supporting a highly collaborative, in-person team environment.

The Role

We're launching products into markets that don't yet have categories for them. We're scaling into new segments. We're competing with the loudest names in customer experience software. Product marketing is the connective tissue between what we build and how the market understands it.

You'll lead a team of four. You'll partner with the CEO, CMO, CPO, and Head of Sales. You'll own the words, the positioning, the story, and the launch. Get this right, and Nextiva owns a category. Get it wrong, and we're a feature in someone else's platform.

What You'll Own:

• The category narrative for the Nextiva platform and the products inside it
• Positioning, messaging hierarchies, naming, and the language the entire company uses to describe what we sell
• Launch motion: new products, platform releases, AI features, and everything that comes next
• Sales enablement partnership: arming the field with the words and the work to win
• Competitive intelligence and counter-positioning
• Pricing and packaging input as a strategic partner to Product and Finance

What We're Looking For:

• 8 to 12 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, including leadership
• You have launched a category-defining product, or repositioned one
• You write like a journalist. Tight, vivid, no jargon
• You read earnings transcripts for fun
• You're comfortable with the CEO, the CFO, and the youngest BDR, on the same Tuesday
• You live at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you ship

The Bar

You want to be cited as one of the best product marketing leaders in B2B SaaS. You think bad positioning is the most expensive mistake a company can make. You believe product marketing wins or loses categories. You're going to make Nextiva impossible to ignore.
