Product Designer

Redefine the future of customer experiences. One conversation at a time.

At Nextiva, we’re reimagining how businesses connect, bringing together customer experience and team collaboration on a single, conversation centric platform. Powered by AI, driven by human innovation.

Our culture is forward thinking, customer obsessed and built on the belief that meaningful connections drive better business outcomes. Whether it’s through our signature Amazing Service®, the technology we create, or the experiences we cultivate, connection is at the core of who we are.

If you’re ready to collaborate with incredible people, make an impact, and help businesses everywhere deliver truly amazing experiences, this is where you belong.

Location: This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters (9451 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256). Working together onsite strengthens how we operate, enabling faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger execution, so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity.

In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite four days per week. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.

At Nextiva, we're building the future of customer experience through thoughtful, AI-native product design. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape experiences across our Unified Customer Experience platform, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to solve complex customer problems through modern design, rapid prototyping, and intelligent AI-assisted workflows. This is more than a traditional design role. You'll help define product direction, challenge assumptions, and turn ideas into production-ready experiences across desktop and mobile. If you're energized by moving quickly, embracing new AI technologies, and designing products that make a measurable impact, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers as a strategic thought partner, challenging assumptions, asking the right questions, and helping define the best solution instead of simply executing requirements.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, ask thoughtful questions, gather feedback, and translate insights into product decisions and improved experiences.
• Create user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production-ready experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Design across multiple product domains, including onboarding, e-commerce, AI-powered product capabilities, administration, customer conversations, and emerging platform initiatives as priorities evolve.
