Job Summary**
We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect to define and guide end-to-end solution architectures for our telecom and enterprise customers. You will act as the senior technical authority between business stakeholders, customer architects, and delivery teams, translating strategic goals into robust, scalable, and standards-aligned designs across OSS/BSS, cloud, and network domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture definition for large-scale digital transformation programs, from discovery and solution design through to delivery handover.
- Engage with customer CxOs, enterprise architects, and technical leads to understand business objectives, constraints, and target operating models.
- Design end-to-end solutions across order management, service and resource inventory, orchestration, assurance, billing, and customer engagement.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution workshops, demos, proofs of concept, and effort and cost estimation.
- Define integration architectures using APIs, event-driven patterns, and TM Forum Open APIs; ensure alignment with TM Forum Frameworx (eTOM, SID, TAM) and ODA.
- Produce and maintain architecture artifacts, including HLD/LLD, reference architectures, roadmaps, and decision records.
- Provide technical governance during delivery, reviewing designs, resolving architectural risks, and ensuring non-functional requirements (performance, security, resilience, scalability) are met.
- Guide migration from legacy monolithic systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and professional services teams to feed customer insights into the product roadmap.
- Mentor solution architects, consultants, and engineers, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
