How You'll Make an Impact

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving MarqVision's next phase of growth by creating pipeline with some of the world's leading brands. You'll leverage modern outbound strategies, AI-powered prospecting tools, and deep research to engage senior decision-makers across legal, brand protection, security, ecommerce, and marketing teams.

This is more than a traditional SDR role. You'll drive AI GTM, outbound strategy, provide feedback on messaging and campaigns, mentor teammates, and partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to continuously improve how we go to market. If you're energized by building pipeline, testing new ideas, and working in a fast-moving AI company, you'll thrive here.

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office, with 3 days onsite per week. Candidates must be located in the SF Bay Area, or willing to relocate at their own expense prior to start. We are not considering fully remote candidates for this role.

• Share best practices, mentor newer SDRs, and contribute to improving team processes, messaging, and outbound playbooks

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound SaaS sales
• Consistent track record of exceeding pipeline generation or meeting creation targets
• Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market organizations through complex outbound prospecting

• Self-motivation, coachability, and excitement to contribute to a fast-growing, high-performance sales culture
