We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to join our Business Systems Group. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality Salesforce capabilities.

Functional Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to recommend best‑fit Salesforce solutions.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, including UAT planning and support.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, standard functionalities, and best practices.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure business alignment and adoption.

Technical Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Define technical requirements and collaborate with developers on Apex, Lightning Components, API integrations, and data migrations.
• Review and validate technical solutions for quality, scalability, and adherence to standards.
