We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support key account programs and help ensure customer projects are executed successfully from quotation through delivery. This role reports to the Program Manager and serves as a cross-functional coordinator across sales, engineering, quality, sourcing, operations, and external manufacturing partners.
The Project Manager will support day-to-day execution of key account projects by tracking schedules, coordinating open actions, following up on supplier and internal deliverables, and helping ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met. This position will play an important role in maintaining visibility to project status, identifying risks early, and keeping internal stakeholders aligned on timing, documentation, quality expectations, and delivery commitments.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects and teams. Success in this role requires strong communication, follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to build productive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day coordination of key account projects across sales, engineering, quality, sourcing, operations, and supplier partners.
- Own day-to-day execution of assigned OSP projects from quotation/order release through production, inspection, shipment, receipt, invoicing, and complete-in-full closeout.
- Track project milestones, open action items, timing commitments, documentation needs, and delivery status.
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned project activities, helping ensure internal and external teams remain aligned.
- Support quotation activities by gathering supplier inputs, customer requirements, lead times, cost details, and required documentation.
- Lead project and supplier kickoffs to align scope, customer requirements, technical/documentation needs, inspection and test requirements, milestones, logistics, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
- Help identify project risks, schedule gaps, documentation issues, or quality concerns and escalate them in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate project records, including meeting notes, action trackers, schedules, customer requirements, supplier updates, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare regular project updates for the Program Manager and internal stakeholders, including status, risks, next steps, and required decisions.
- Provide concise customer and leadership updates focused on what changed, current risks, required actions, ownership, due dates, and decisions needed.
- Assist with product and process validation activities, including inspections, certifications, quality documentation, and shipment paperwork.
