Background

Nourish is onboarding outstanding Registered Dietitians for both full-time and part-time roles. At Nourish, you’ll provide evidence-based nutritional counseling via telehealth to patients matched to your clinical expertise and areas of interest. Our Clinical Support team will handle insurance, billing, and patient marketing so you can focus on providing the highest quality care for your patients.

We’re seeking RDs who care deeply about helping patients, are excited to expand access to nutrition therapy across the country, and are committed to driving better outcomes through evidence-based care. Be part of our mission to help 100 million people live healthier, longer lives with Nourish.

About Us

After paying out-of-pocket for life-changing experiences working with RDs, our founding team became passionate about expanding access to nutritional care and advocating for RDs. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world — and food can be medicine. The evidence is clear: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, yet fewer than 1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits. At Nourish, our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well.

Since launching in 2021, Nourish has built a patient-friendly, tech-enabled healthcare platform centered on Registered Dietitians. With thousands of RDs delivering care across all 50 states, we use innovative technology to reduce administrative burdens, improve dietitians’ day-to-day work, and connect patients with the right providers and resources to be successful. We’ve already helped hundreds of thousands of people improve outcomes at lower costs, enabling healthier, longer lives.

We are growing quickly, have raised $115M to date, and are backed by world-class healthcare founders and investors. You can read more about our recent Series B and how we will use it to accelerate our impact here.

Our Clinical Philosophy

Our approach to care is grounded in meeting patients where they are with empathy and kindness, using evidence-based practices to drive long-term behavioral change. Our RDs provide personalized, clinical-grade nutrition care to patients from any and all backgrounds. We measure quality of outcomes against each patient’s individual goals, coordinate seamlessly across clinical care teams, and continuously refine our approach through data, feedback, and innovation. You can read more about our approach here.

Why Join Nourish

• Help solve a massive problem - Over 100 million Americans face chronic conditions related to what they eat, but fewer than 1% of people eligible to see an RD actually engage with one. Nourish makes it easy and affordable to access high-quality medical nutrition therapy - 94% of our patients pay $0.
• Flexible schedule - You can set your own hours and practice remotely. Nourish helps you build your practice by handling everything related to insurance and sending patients your way to build your caseload.
• Competitive compensation - Our high session rates and generous benefits and bonuses show that we take care of our RDs and pride ourselves on being the best place in the country for an RD to practice.
• Grow as a clinician - We care about your professional development and provide world-class training and career support. In this role, you will have the ability to develop long-term patient relationships and deliver lasting, life-changing results.
• Great culture - Our goal is to be the best place in the country for an RD to practice. We advocate for RDs and want to "put RDs on the map". With Nourish, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best RDs in the country.
• Focus on patients, not paperwork - Our amazing administrative team supports all facets of your work including insurance billing, customer support, intake paperwork, insurance credentialing, and assisting you in coordinating care with other providers. This helps you focus on what you do best - working with patients.
• Start seeing patients fast - on average, RDs joining Nourish start seeing patients in just two weeks, and our dedicated onboarding and credentialing teams will be with you every step of the way.
