Our Values

If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

Who You Are

You’re an experienced product designer with a passion for clarifying complexity by crafting seamless workflows and delightful product experiences.

You’re confident working independently through the design process—from discovery through delivery—and adept at balancing user needs with business and technical constraints. You think beyond simple layouts, in terms of user journeys and workflows. You know when to rely on established design systems and when—and how—to extend those systems.

You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across disciplines, and thrive as part of a cross-functional team. Your work is grounded in empathy for users, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering practical outcomes that help users make informed choices.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will define and deliver design solutions to business-critical efforts, creating seamless first impressions and long-term engagement paths for our small business customers and their employees. You will partner closely with peers in Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define strategic opportunities and bring coherent experiences to life.

• Participate in discovery efforts and leverage insights to frame design problems and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Communication: Use artifacts and storytelling to build shared understanding and guide team decisions.
