At Aircall, you’ll join a company in motion. We’re ambitious, product-driven, and execution-focused, with visible impact, fast decisions, and real growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist dedicated to our Account Management (post-sales) organization — at a pivotal moment for the business. As Aircall moves upmarket, leans into an AI-first product strategy anchored by AIVA, and doubles down on a land-and-expand motion, our AMs are central to driving retention and expansion revenue, and this role keeps them ready for it.

Working closely with the Team Lead, Revenue Enablement, you will equip our tenured AMs with the skills, knowledge, and enablement they need to excel — delivering role-specific training and 1:1 coaching, maintaining the playbooks and content they rely on, landing our biggest product launches and strategic initiatives with the field, and measuring the impact of it all. You will take an AI-first approach to enablement itself, using AI to build, scale, personalize, and measure your programs. This is not a new-hire onboarding role; your focus is the continuous development, performance, and readiness of AMs already in their roles, in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Role-specific training & 1:1 coaching: Deliver ongoing, AM-specific training and skill-building sessions (live and virtual), and provide 1:1 coaching to individual AMs, keeping tenured reps sharp on their roles, our product, and the behaviors that drive retention and expansion. This is reinforcement and continuous development, not onboarding.
• AI-first enablement: Take an AI-first approach to how enablement is built and delivered — using AI tools to create and personalize content, scale coaching, and make learning available in the flow of work.
• Strategic launch & initiative enablement: Partner with the broader Revenue Enablement and GTM Enablement teams to land Aircall's most important initiatives with the AM org — including the move to AIVA and our AI product suite, the shift upmarket, and the land-and-expand motion — adapting central content and messaging for the AM audience and making sure it sticks in daily workflows.
• Playbook & content maintenance: Maintain, update, and improve the AM playbooks, process documentation, talk tracks, and enablement materials, keeping them accurate and easy to use as our product and motion evolve.
• Impact measurement: Define and track the metrics that connect enablement to AM performance — adoption, ramp, retention, and expansion — report on program effectiveness, and use what you learn to continuously improve.
• Program delivery & coordination: Run the day-to-day of AM enablement programming — scheduling, facilitation, materials prep, and follow-through — under the direction of the Team Lead, Revenue Enablement.
• Reinforcement & office hours: Host regular office hours and reinforcement touchpoints to embed learning and answer in-the-flow questions from the AM field.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work across Account Management, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to keep AM enablement aligned with broader GTM and revenue priorities.

Qualifications

• Field or enablement experience: 3–5 years either in a customer-facing, revenue-generating field role (Account Management, Customer Success, or sales) or in a dedicated revenue/sales enablement role. Experience in an enterprise/upmarket or a consumption-based SaaS business is a strong plus.
• Revenue mindset: A commercial, outcomes-oriented approach to enablement — you understand how AMs drive retention, expansion, and revenue, and you build and deliver enablement that moves those numbers, not just activity.
• AI-first approach: You lead with AI in your own work and in how you enable others — using AI tools to create content, scale coaching, personalize learning, and measure impact — and you have a point of view on where AI can push enablement further.
• Coaching & facilitation: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging live and virtual sessions, coach individual reps 1:1, and break down complex information into clear, actionable guidance for a field audience.
• Enablement delivery: Ability to take defined programs and content and deliver them reliably and to a high standard, with the developing judgment to improve them over time.
• Organized & dependable: Strong ownership of your own deliverables, managing them to deadline and standard with moderate direction while keeping content and logistics tight.
• Collaborative & coachable: You work well across teams, actively seek feedback, and act on it.
