• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping, and external search partners.
• Drive lateral hiring across business functions, including Portfolio Operations, Portfolio Analytics, Leadership Advisory, Administrative Support, and other support teams.
• Manage external search firms and agency relationships, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with ICONIQ standards.
• Deliver a high-touch recruiting experience and operational excellence through proactive candidate and stakeholder communication, accurate recruiting data and reporting, and continuous improvement in partnership with Human Capital colleagues.

• Direct experience managing investment hiring processes, including familiarity with Investment Associate recruiting cycles and timelines, as well as demonstrated success recruiting across both investment and business functions.
• Strong talent advisory and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering effectively with senior leaders and high-performing teams and translating business needs into recruiting strategies.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, market mapping, and talent assessment, with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage high-caliber talent.
• Exceptional organization and execution skills, with the ability to autonomously manage multiple concurrent searches, competing priorities, and detailed recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence and a highly collaborative approach.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues across multiple offices and time zones while balancing independent ownership with close collaboration.
