Producer

At Code and Theory, we thrive at the intersection of creativity and technology. We build brands through big ideas, bold storytelling, and content that actually moves people. Our teams don't just execute work. They shape it. Through a culture of invention, we turn ambitious concepts into memorable experiences that resonate across every channel.

Production is the engine that drives creative work forward at Code and Theory. Our producers are equal parts creative partner and operational powerhouse: planning, scoping, pricing, challenging, and innovating to bring structure to the chaos so the best work can thrive. They know how to spot a great concept, push it further, and get it out the door on time and on budget - while keeping clients genuinely excited about what they're building together.

• Own projects from the first brief or pitch all the way through final delivery

• Hold complex programs together across concurrent workstreams

• Build genuine trust with senior stakeholders. You're comfortable in the room, confident presenting, and know how to keep clients excited about the work in progress
• Drive alignment across clients, internal teams, and external partners
• Facilitate reviews across creative, strategy, technology, and leadership
• Own project scope, SOWs, budgets, and profitability
• Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships and expand the impact of the work
