Job Summary:

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Director, GTM Engineering to build the systems, workflows, AI capabilities, and data infrastructure that power advisor-led growth. 

This role exists to make Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) more effective at identifying, researching, engaging, and converting ideal prospects. You'll build and scale the acquisition infrastructure behind modern prospecting, bringing together enrichment data, CRM automation, AI-powered workflows, outbound technology, and advisor-facing platforms into a cohesive growth engine. 

This is a strategic, builder role. You'll balance hands-on execution with long-term capability building, personally developing workflows, testing new technologies, and driving adoption across the field while shaping Mercer Advisors' vision for technology-enabled growth. 

Essential Job Functions for this role include:

GTM Infrastructure & Automation 

• Build and optimize the systems that power advisor-led acquisition. 
• Design workflows connecting prospect identification, enrichment, prioritization, outreach, and follow-up.
