Own the full sales cycle

Run point on every stage of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, from first conversation to signature. Deliver sharp, solution-oriented presentations built around real pain points across procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders, negotiate service agreements with confidence, and close new business with urgency and professionalism.

Hunt and win big deals

Generate and qualify enterprise opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and account-based strategy, and work hand in hand with a dedicated SDR team feeding you meetings so your calendar stays full of the right conversations. Build a pipeline of marquee accounts aligned with our ideal customer profile, and keep deals moving forward.

Win trust fast

Establish and grow relationships across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, representing ShipMonk's brand and our get-sh*t-done mindset at every step. Become the person enterprise buyers trust to get their supply chain right.

Solve real problems

Dig into complex, enterprise-level operational challenges and creatively position ShipMonk's platform to solve them at scale. Think fast, act decisively, and keep deals moving forward even when the path isn't a straight line.

Master the product

Know ShipMonk's services and solutions cold, and present them in a way that makes the value obvious to sophisticated buying committees. Stay sharp on pricing, the competitive landscape, and what makes ShipMonk different.

Support and Resources

You are not doing this alone. We invest in a full support system built for enterprise selling, so you spend your time closing, not scrambling.

• A dedicated SDR team: reps sourcing and qualifying meetings so your pipeline stays full without you doing all the prospecting yourself
• A solutions team: partners with you on enterprise technical scoping, tour support, and solution design throughout complex deal cycles
• A pricing team: quoting support, margin analysis, and competitive deal structuring so every proposal is priced to win and built to close
• Marketing that warms the door: brand awareness, content, and campaigns that drive inbound demand and give you warmer doors to knock on
• A partnerships network: a growing network of strategic partners and referral sources bringing warm, pre-qualified introductions straight to your pipeline
• Reference customers: a deep bench of happy clients across categories, ready to speak to why they chose and stayed with ShipMonk

Your toolkit

We've built a modern, automated tech stack that takes the busywork off your plate so you can focus on what actually moves deals: selling.

• End-to-end sales stack: a connected stack covering research, prospecting, RFP management, and pipeline management, so nothing falls through the cracks
• Contact databases: direct access to contact and account databases to build target lists and get to the right person fast
• AI-powered selling: built-in AI tools that draft outreach, summarize calls, and handle the administrative grind, so you get hours back every week
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator: a company-provided subscription to prospect, research accounts, and build relationships where your buyers already are
• Automation that lightens the load: workflows across the sales process that cut manual data entry and admin, so more of your day goes to selling
