About Vanna Health

Vanna Health is transforming community‑based behavioral health by strengthening the ecosystem of support around individuals living with serious mental illness. We believe that belonging, stability, and human connection are foundational to recovery and long‑term wellbeing.

Our model integrates value-based payment structures, modern technology, and deep partnerships across behavioral health, primary care, hospitals, payers, clubhouses, and community‑based organizations. In communities where resources are limited, Vanna deploys highly trained coaches and care managers to ensure members receive consistent, high‑quality support.

Founded in 2021, Vanna Health is led by mission‑driven entrepreneurs committed to culturally competent care for all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity. With modern tools, robust development pathways, and a culture grounded in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, we are redefining what it means to work in community health.

About the Role

Vanna is seeking Integrated Health Coaches with a deep passion for supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges as they build fulfilling, connected lives within their communities. Coaches are responsible for locating and engaging members, building trusting relationships, and providing exceptional coaching, advocacy, and support throughout their recovery journey.

This partnership begins with understanding each member’s personal goals and connecting them to the right resources to achieve those goals. Coaches play a critical role in both physical and behavioral health coaching, collaborating closely with clinicians and specialists to ensure members receive coordinated, high‑quality care.

We believe strongly in the power of human‑to‑human interaction. Coaches meet members where they are within their communities, at their homes, and through phone, text, and email. Your insight and lived experience will be deeply valued as we continue improving the member experience, informed by the voices of our population and the communities that support them.
