Your Impact

As a Senior Electrical Engineer on Axon’s Devices team, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering advanced embedded electronics for our next-generation vehicle-based video products and connected devices. You’ll own critical hardware designs from architecture through production, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate with engineering teams across the globe.

This is an opportunity to have significant technical ownership while helping shape products used in demanding real-world public safety environments. You’ll also help grow the technical capabilities of the team by sharing your expertise and mentoring other engineers.

What You’ll Do

Work Location: This role is based out of our Timisoara Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
