Vice President, Product Management

Position Overview

Help us shape the future of Mobility.  Our organization is at a pivotal inflection point, transforming from a project-based, IT-centric execution model to a modern Product Operating Model. We’re seeking a visionary VP of Product, Government Solutions to lead this transformation and own outcomes across our Government Solutions product portfolio. This role reports to the SVP, Head of Product with accountability and a dotted line reporting relationship to the EVP, Government Solutions.

You’ll evangelize a compelling product vision, coach and empower product teams, and turn real customer problems into scalable, compliant, high-reliability solutions. You’ll stand up and coach empowered product teams—led by Durable Trios of Product, Engineering and Design, spanning hardware, AI, SaaS and services—to solve real customer problems and drive measurable business and customer impact. While you won’t directly own a P&L, your work will move the business - driving sustainable growth, profitability, and customer success.
