We build the platform and applications that power the creation and production of Magic: The Gathering®, Dungeons & Dragons®, and Duel Masters®. These products drive over $2 billion in annual revenue and are beloved by millions of players worldwide. The systems we build are what make that work possible.

• Translate business challenges into well-designed, scalable software solutions in partnership with product owners and cross-functional partners.
• Influence and build up your teammates through technical direction, and code and design reviews, supporting their growth and career development.

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a lead, staff, or senior+ capacity.
