Laboratory Specialist

-Accurately and promptly perform all analyses described in the Quality Control Plan, ensuring results comply with internal specifications, quality limits, and relevant standards.   - Receive, prepare, test, and verify the quality of alternative fuels (AFR) to ensure consistency with plant requirements and environmental regulations.   - Maintain the proper operation of AFR laboratory equipment and ensure regular calibration according to standards.   - Manage the receiving, preparing, inspecting, and archiving of internal and external samples, including proper storage, retention, disposal, and record-keeping.   - Conduct well cement laboratory activities to obtain precise test results in compliance with acceptance, production, and API 10A standards.   - Support shift work on demand to ensure continuous laboratory operations.   - Accurately document all laboratory activities and maintain systematic records for tracked samples.   - Identify, investigate, and report any testing deviations from specifications, and promptly inform the QC Manager of non-conformities.   - Account for the verification and calibration of laboratory equipment and methods.   - Monitor and verify the accuracy of quality data, maintain the results database (LIMS), perform statistical analysis, and prepare quality reports.   - Guarantee the precision, confidentiality, and impartiality of analysis results.   - Maintain adequate stocks of laboratory consumables, materials, and chemicals.   - Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions to the Laboratory Manager.   - Ensure the overall cleanliness and order of the laboratory at all times.   - Perform additional tasks assigned by the QC Manager as required.   - Strictly adhere to company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules to ensure a safe working environment.
