The ideal candidate is both forward-thinking and hands-on, has a strong sense of ownership and drive for delivery, and is a good mentor and co-worker.
You will be responsible for collaborating with engineering leaders on the architecture direction and making sure you are supporting the team in adopting standards and ensuring that user-facing platforms are robust, maintainable and secure. Consistently demonstrate extremely high levels of technical knowledge, ingenuity, and creativity. Develop and apply advanced technologies, engineering principles, theories, and concepts. Broad knowledge about the design and operation of systems outside of specialty.
Work within the Engineering team to develop features that specifically benefit our users.
Must be able to deliver high-quality code on schedule and communicate with groups in and outside the development team.
What you’ll need:

Experience working in full stack, multi-channel products
A proven understanding of web standards, performance, best practices, security and browser internals.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves, collaborate with others, and get stuff done.
Solid sense of responsibility; driving a project from inception to completion.
Proven experience in production operations and support.
Experience working in a collaborative coding environment, refining designs together, working through code reviews, and managing pull requests.
Take initiative and produce timely results in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
