Product Analyst

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.   Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.   Our vision:  A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.

About the Role:

You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We're looking for a Product Analyst to help us better understand how customers use Wrike, identify product opportunities, and support better product decisions with data.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and UXR throughout the product development lifecycle — from exploring customer problems and evaluating opportunities to defining success metrics and measuring the impact of released features.

This role goes beyond reporting numbers. We expect Product Analysts to understand why something is happening, why it matters, and what we should consider doing next — turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Our Work Style:

• Tech Stack: SQL (GBQ), Python, Tableau, Amplitude, Airflow
• Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days in office

Your Impact:

1. Discover and Evaluate Product OpportunitiesExplore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
2. Assess and Measure Product ImpactEstimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define meaningful success metrics and baselines, and evaluate whether released changes deliver the expected customer and business value.
3. Run Experiments and Product ResearchDesign and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources and clearly communicating limitations and confidence in the results.
4. Turn Data into Product InsightsInvestigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters and what teams should consider doing next.
5. Build Analytics for ScaleCreate dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions easier to answer and help teams use data more effectively.
6. Partner with Product TeamsBring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams make evidence-informed decisions.
7. Use AI to Work SmarterUse AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows.

Your Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases; Google BigQuery is a plus
• Experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau)
• Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
• Ability to independently drive analytical projects from understanding the question to delivering insights and recommendations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
• Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence
• Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs.
• Upper-Intermediate or better English

Standout Qualities:

• Python skills for data analysis
• Experience with Amplitude
• Experience with advanced analytical methods such as regression, clustering, or causal inference
• Experience with product discovery or opportunity assessment
• Experience building AI-enabled analytical workflows, automations, or reusable AI solutions.

Team Dynamics:

You'll join a team of experienced Product Analysts working closely with Product and R&D teams. We use data not only to measure what happened, but to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities, and help teams make better product decisions.

We value curiosity, analytical rigor, ownership, business thinking, and collaboration, while continuously looking for ways to make analytics more scalable through reusable approaches, automation, and AI.
