• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support continuous improvement of our production processes, tools and ways of working.
• Help create a psychologically safe, collaborative environment where people feel comfortable sharing ideas, raising concerns and taking creative risks.
• Be a strong advocate for the quality of our games and our team values.

• Scrum Master, Agile or project management certification.

• Professional experience in another game development discipline, such as design, engineering, art, or QA

• Experience improving production processes, team structures or development workflows

• Just because we’re calling out for a Producer, doesn’t mean we aren’t extremely interested in hearing about any particular interests you have that may contribute positively to our studio!

• This is a permanent, on-going position.
• Applications are open until Sunday, November 1st, 2026.
