DoD SkillBridge

At BETA Technologies, we apply our intellectual curiosity, passion for aviation, and commitment to sustainability toward a shared mission of revolutionizing electric aviation. Regardless of the position one holds, each team member brings their talent and desire to positively impact the environment and lives of others in a refreshing, vibrant, and inclusive culture.

BETA is a proud DoD Skillbridge authorized organization. The DoD Skillbridge is a program that is uniquely available to transitioning military servicemembers as they are exiting military service.   Skillbridge internships are intentionally flexible at BETA as our utilization model is to award internships against existing employment opportunities.  We want transitioning service members to have the opportunity to leverage the benefit as much or as little as their command can support without losing the opportunity to develop with our team. BETA uses this opportunity to assess fit with the goal of offering a full-time job.   Applicants will interview with BETA to discuss available opportunities against service member interests, experience, and desired areas of development.
