Technology Trainer – Anthropic Enablement

• Design, build, and continuously improve 101 (foundational) and 201 (technical/advanced) training
  curricula covering Claude's capabilities, the Anthropic API and developer platform, prompting best
  practices, and integration patterns.
• Develop supporting enablement assets: slide decks, hands-on labs, quick-reference guides, certification
  assessments, and recorded content.
• Structure content using sound instructional design principles so training drives retention and behavior
  change, not just information transfer.
• Keep curricula current as Anthropic ships new Claude models and platform capabilities, refreshing content
  on a regular cadence.

Technical Enablement & Delivery

• Deliver engaging live training sessions — both virtual (video conferencing/webinar) and in-person (on-site
  workshops, offsites, conferences) — to internal delivery teams, partners, and clients.
• Tailor enablement content to different audiences, from non-technical business users to developers and
  solution architects.
• Demo Claude capabilities live, including the API, prompting techniques, and common integration patterns,
  and confidently field unscripted technical questions.
• Provide office hours and follow-up technical support to reinforce learning after formal sessions. Certification & Program Ownership
