Medical Support Associate

We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada.

We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support.

You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions.

We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries.

We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally.

We hope that's you.

About the role

The Medical Support Associate for Spain is part of the core care model. You'll be the bridge between our prescribers and patients, handling clinical queries, side effect triage, and treatment check-ins through digital channels in Spanish and English. It's a remote contractor role, 3-4 hours a day across 7 days.

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse (enfermera/o), Pharmacist (farmaceutico/a), or Doctor (medico/a)
• A few years of clinical experience - you need solid triage and clinical judgment
• Fluent Spanish and professional English, you'll use both every day
• Comfortable working remotely without much hand-holding
• Interest in telehealth and digital patient care

What you'll be doing

• Triage and respond to patient questions, side effect concerns, and complaints through email, SMS, and chat (mostly written, some phone) in Spanish and English
• Give sound clinical advice that keeps patients safe and on track with their treatment
• Run scheduled treatment reviews
• Write and maintain patient education materials in Spanish
• Work with the broader clinical team to flag issues, improve protocols, and handle escalations
• Cover a rotating 7-day window (3-4 hours/day including weekends)

What's on offer

• Flexible hours that fit around other commitments
• A real chance to grow with the Spain clinic as it scales, with a path to FTE
