Position Overview: The Site Project Manager for our Data Center Projects is responsible for leading the full lifecycle execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and hybrid energy projects at the site level for data centers. The Site Project Manager works closely with the Commissioning Manager to coordinate system turnover activities, including managing documentation, overseeing on-site vendor activities, facilitating punch list resolution, and aligning the general contractor’s efforts with the needs of the commissioning team. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the jobsite primary point of contact with the client, maintaining alignment across all project stages.
- Supporting the Project Executive in delivering the full scope of project execution, including safety, schedule, budget, engineering, quality, commissioning, and compliance.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate jobsite level project risks related to cost, safety, quality, and delivery.
- Oversee daily on-site operations by monitoring General Contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure alignment with project scope, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
- Oversee vendor on-site activities to ensure adherence to site safety rules, quality standards, and equipment commissioning timelines.
- Lead and facilitate regular coordination meetings with the General Contractor, subcontractors, and client teams to track progress, resolve issues, and align on upcoming work.
- Conduct routine site walks to observe construction activities, validate compliance with design documents, and identify potential risks or deviations early.
