Strategy And Operations Associate

ABOUT TETON

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our proprietary computer vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. From assisted living communities to hospital wards, our system delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.

Backed by a $20M Series A, we are scaling fast. Through a combination of in-room hardware, AI, and desktop and mobile applications, Teton helps create a seamless healthcare experience for both patients and providers.

We focus relentlessly on product excellence and user experience, deploying solutions at speed that make a tangible difference for carers. We are an aspiring meritocracy biased towards action, striving to always raise the bar. If you are driven by impact, speed and leveling up, this might be the place for you.

THE ROLE

This is not your typical job description. As Strategy & Operations Associate, you will become an integral part of our Operations Team and operate across the full scope of the business, wherever analysis, structure, or execution is needed.

We are looking for someone who has learned to think and work at a high bar, typically in investment banking or management consulting, and who now wants to apply that rigor inside a fast-scaling company, with real ownership of the outcome. You will build the models and the business cases, and then you will help make them happen.

Your role will evolve with the pace of our growth, giving you exposure across finance, commercial operations, contracting, people operations, legal, corporate governance, supply chain and customer delivery. Some days you will be giving leadership the analysis that sets strategic direction; other days you will be doing whatever it takes to get things done.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In practice, that means you'll be:

• Working closely with the Director of Operations and leadership on Teton's most important strategic and operational priorities.

• Building the analyses, financial models and business cases that inform leadership decisions, and presenting clear, well-founded recommendations.

• Identifying operational challenges, structuring the problem, and proposing practical, data-driven solutions, including systemic changes to how we work.

• Driving internal projects end to end to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency across teams.

• Jumping into whatever the week demands: a contract review before Friday, a customer escalation, a pricing model for a tender response, a forecast revision, a redline on a public-sector DPA, or a quarter-end ARR reconciliation.

• Using AI and modern tooling to automate the routine and spend your time on the judgment calls.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Analytical Rigor: Experience from investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly demanding analytical environment. You are fluent in Excel modelling, financial analysis and turning messy data into a clear answer.

• Structured Problem Solving: You break down ambiguous problems quickly, form a hypothesis, and get to a recommendation leadership can act on, and you can communicate it crisply in writing and in person.

• High Ownership: You take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks. You solve problems independently, move fast, and hold yourself to the same standard on small tasks as on big ones.

• Comfort with Ambiguity: You thrive without a playbook and are energised, not alarmed, by a broad mandate in a fast-growing startup.

• Education: A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.

• Curiosity about AI: You are interested in learning and using AI to drive business operations.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Participation in our warrant program (stock options).

• Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.

• A role where you can make a significant impact on healthcare delivery.

• Work with the smartest people, and the opportunity to learn from your peers.

• Exposure to every major part of how a company scales, with a steep learning curve.

WHAT IT'S LIKE WORKING AT TETON

We're a growing team of extremely hard-working and talented people. The learning curves are steep, and expanding your skill set is not just encouraged, it's expected. It's a hands-on environment where you'll be challenged, supported, and constantly learning.

We are looking for people who believe in our long-term vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship rather than just another 9-5 job. With us you will have an opportunity to truly make an impact on the world with the outcomes of your work. So, if you are looking for a ride and not just a job, jump on board 😊
