At Hudl, we build great teams. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of the Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces.

We think of ourselves as the team behind the team, supporting the lifelong impact sports can have: the lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring coaches; and the opportunities to reach new heights. That’s why we help teams from all over the world see their game differently. Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.

Ready to join us?

Thank you for your interest in joining Hudl! We want to continue to hear from interested sales candidates even if we don't have an opening available for you right now.

By registering your interest, you'll be the first to hear when an opportunity opens up. We look forward to reaching out when the time is right!

This includes roles as an Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or other sales-related role.

To note, by submitting your information you are not applying for an opening right now. We hope to reach out to interested candidates when we have an opening.

Account Executives

Account Executives support market development of net new or acquisition revenue:

Own a sales cycle. You'll collaborate with elite clubs, colleges, and professional organisations to ensure their teams have what they need to develop and improve.

Close deals. Whether face-to-face, over the phone, or on Zoom, you'll use the right channel to move opportunities forward and bring them to a close.

Knowledgeable about sports. Experience as an athlete, coach or administrator in elite, college or professional sport isn't necessary but would help you connect with our user base.

Customer Success Managers

As a Customer Success Manager, you will focus on retaining and renewing business:

Engaging current users. You'll help us ensure Hudl renewal rates are high and our customers remain engaged by conducting check-in calls with coaches and performance staff. You'll provide education material and answer any questions they have.

Selling the value of Hudl. Across your accounts, you'll continuously communicate with users to ensure they're getting the most of their Hudl products. You'll help identify where they could benefit from other products or services.

Digging into dissatisfaction. You'll get to the bottom of user issues and work hard to keep them with Hudl.

Focusing on numbers. Keeping renewal and engagement rates high, and cancellation rates low, will be your first priorities.

Our Role

• Champion work-life harmony. We'll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too. Plus, every five years, we give you a paid sabbatical to unplug and recharge.
• Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you'll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
• Encourage career growth. We're lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We'll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
• Provide an environment to help you succeed. We're always investing in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you're at the office or working remotely, we'll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
• Take care of your mental and physical health. Medical plans tailored for you and your family—including vision, dental, and fertility benefits—and stay supported with our EAP and Employee Resource Groups.
• Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that's free money. We'll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
