The Role

The Project Director will lead the execution of Nscale’s hyperscale data centre construction projects. Reporting to the VP, DC Delivery, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of major capital projects, acting as Nscale’s senior delivery lead on individual schemes and ensuring outcomes align with project scope, business objectives, governance requirements, and technical expectations.

• Act as Nscale’s primary delivery representative, coordinating internal functions and external partners across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain oversight of cost, schedule, risk, and performance, supporting informed decision-making and effective governance.
• Support key commercial, procurement, and contracting activities to enable successful project outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with Nscale’s standards, regulatory requirements, and wider sustainability and ESG commitments.
• Build strong relationships across the supply chain, stakeholders, and relevant authorities to support effective and timely delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery models, processes, and ways of working as Nscale scales across Europe.
