You will partner with IT leaders, architects, and engineering teams to design, optimize, secure, and operate enterprise-scale Azure environments while helping customers mature their cloud strategy and operational capabilities.

Working closely with Quisitive's Azure Management Services team, you will provide technical leadership for managed customer environments by evaluating performance, reliability, security, and cost optimization opportunities. You will guide customers in adopting operational best practices through Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery to improve visibility, resilience, and business continuity. You will also lead complex troubleshooting efforts, major incident reviews, root cause analysis, and operational improvement initiatives involving networking, identity, infrastructure, security, and platform services.
