Talent Community

Wheelhouse DMG is a sought-after digital marketing agency that has worked with some of the world’s most innovative healthcare, medical device, and privacy-first brands for more than a decade. We consistently deliver exceptional business value through a combination of deep marketing expertise, purpose-built technology, and creative capabilities. As platform automation and privacy regulations disrupt traditional marketing initiatives, much of our work focuses on helping healthcare and MedTech organizations drive performance in a first-party data world.

Examples of our work include:

• Unlocking performance for a medical device client by employing sophisticated first-party data strategies
• Developing and implementing HIPAA-compliant data strategies for healthcare and MedTech clients
• Reimagining the appointment booking experience to create exponential growth for one of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S.
• Leading strategy for the consolidation of 2.5 million web pages on 39 NASA websites into a single, unified information architecture and content strategy for NASA’s Science Directorate

About This Listing

Not every great candidate comes along at exactly the right moment — and we know that. This listing isn't for a specific open role. It's an invitation.

Whether you've been keeping an eye on Wheelhouse, came across us through a colleague, or went through our process and just missed the timing — we want to hear from you. Submitting here puts your resume in front of our People & Culture team so that when the right opportunity opens, we already know who you are.

We also use this space internally. If a hiring manager reviews a strong candidate who isn't the right fit for a current role, we route that resume here and follow-up for future opportunities. No one gets forgotten in a folder.

Who We're Looking For

We don't have a single profile in mind — our team spans disciplines and experience levels. That said, the people who thrive at Wheelhouse tend to share a few things in common:

• A genuine passion for digital marketing and a drive to stay ahead of industry changes
• Comfort working with data and an appreciation for what it can tell you
• A collaborative, team-first mindset — we partner closely, internally and with clients
• Strong communication skills, especially in remote or async environments
• Intellectual curiosity and a lifelong learner's approach to their craft
• High emotional intelligence and a commitment to kind, thoughtful feedback

We work across a range of practice areas including Digital Advertising, Digital Strategy, Analytics & Data Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Account Management and more. If your background touches any of these areas, we'd love to have your resume on file.

What Happens When You Apply

Our People & Culture team reviews every submission. Here's how it works:

• If your background is a strong match for a role we're actively hiring for, we'll reach out directly.
• If the timing isn't right but we'd love to stay connected, we'll add your profile to our talent pool and circle back when something opens up that fits.
• We make every effort to review submissions and follow up when there's a fit.

We know that applying takes effort, and we don't take that lightly. We'll do our best to be responsive and transparent about where things stand.

Beyond Experience: About You
You know digital marketing from every angle. You've earned a reputation as a T-shaped marketer, someone with deep expertise in your core discipline and the range to connect it to every other piece of the puzzle. You're always looking for the link between a tactic and the business goal it's meant to serve, and that focus on performance shows up in the results you deliver.

You'd rather enable your teammates than direct them. You thrive in collaborative work, the kind that fills up a whiteboard during a good brainstorm, and you listen closely for ways to help clients succeed, whether that's a new tactic worth testing, a piece of work worth proposing, or a better way to collaborate. You bring real emotional intelligence to the table, especially when it comes to delivering feedback with care.

You're helpful, generous, and empathetic, and you find real joy in helping others succeed. Wheelhouse's values aren't aspirational for you; they're already how you work. There's no room for cynicism here, and you wouldn't want there to be.
