• Proven ability to run multi-site or multi-venue food and beverage operations reliably, safely, and at significant scale.

• Strong operational planning skills to set standards, service levels, and staffing consistently across multiple concurrent venue teams.

• Effective collaboration with vendors, event management partners, and other cross-functional delivery teams throughout the full Games program.

• Clear, team-first communication that builds trust and keeps teammates aligned, informed, and motivated through demanding operations.

Valued Experience

• Food and beverage experience in a venue environment.

• Experience delivering food and beverage at large-scale or live events.

• Familiarity with vendor and concessions management.

• A collaborative, teammate-first approach to operations.

• Passion for hospitality and for Los Angeles.

• A once-in-a-career opportunity to help stage the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

• A team-first culture built on trust, recognition, and shared success.

• Exposure across event management, vendors, and venue operations teams.
