Car Finance Sales Specialist

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

As we continue to grow our Car Financing team, we’re looking for a Car Finance Sales Specialist to join us and help more customers turn their financing interest into a completed purchase.

This is an active, customer-facing and results-driven role that combines sales, customer advisory and partner support. A key part of your day will be speaking directly with customers, removing obstacles and helping them confidently take the next step, while contributing to our overall Car Finance sales results.

Your main goal will be to guide customers through the final stages of their financing journey — from an initial application or financing offer to a signed contract. You’ll proactively reach out to customers who are already interested in financing, understand what may be holding them back, answer their questions and help find the right way forward. You’ll also work closely with our car dealer partners, supporting them with financing-related questions and helping ensure customer applications move forward smoothly from interest to contract.

What you will be doing?

• Proactively reach out to customers who have started their car financing journey and help them move from application or offer to a signed contract.
• Understand each customer’s needs, answer their questions and guide them through financing options, terms, documentation and next steps.
• Identify what may be holding customers back and take ownership of finding the right solution to help them move forward.
• Actively contribute to individual and team conversion targets and overall Car Finance sales results.
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with our car dealer partners and support them with financing-related questions and customer applications.
• Guide partners through financing processes, documentation and practical questions via phone and other communication channels.
• Take ownership of customer and partner cases from the initial conversation through to a successful outcome.
• Work closely with Sales, Credit and other Inbank teams to solve cases that require additional input or support.
• Spot recurring challenges and opportunities in the customer journey and share insights that help us improve our processes, customer experience and conversion.

What we’re looking for?

• You have 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, customer-facing sales or a similar results-driven role.
• You enjoy working with people and feel confident proactively reaching out to customers by phone.
• You have a solution-oriented mindset — you look beyond the immediate question to understand the situation and find the best way forward.
• You are results-driven and persistent and enjoy seeing things through from start to finish.
• You are well organised and comfortable managing multiple customer and partner cases while keeping track of priorities.
• You have good communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, verbally and in writing.
• Experience in automotive retail or financial services would be a strong advantage.

No finance experience? That's okay.

What matters most to us is your mindset and approach. We value your ability to communicate, build trust, find solutions and drive things forward more than previous experience in finance.

If you enjoy working with people, have a natural sales mindset and are curious and eager to learn, we’ll teach you the rest — from our products and financing processes to the tools and systems you’ll use every day.

What we offer?

• €1,400–€1,600 gross monthly base salary, depending on your experience, plus quarterly performance-based bonuses linked to individual and team results.
• The opportunity to grow your career and build valuable expertise in car finance, sales and partner management.
• A hybrid working model, giving you flexibility to combine office and remote work.
• Additional health insurance or Stebby wellbeing benefits to support your health and wellbeing.
• Extra vacation days after 3 years at Inbank.
• Plenty of opportunities to learn and develop through training and hands-on experience.
• Company and team events to connect, celebrate and have fun together.
• Office perks, snacks and gifts for special moments in life.
• A pet-friendly office where four-legged colleagues are welcome too.

Join the Inbank Car Finance team and see the direct impact of your work — on our customers, partners and business results.
