The Company
Mixtiles is a $300M+ profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel.
We build products people didn't know they needed—and now can't imagine living without.
Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting.
And we're just getting started.
The Role
Build Our Next Growth Engine
Every year, millions of people move.
It's one of the few moments when people rethink almost everything about their homes - furniture, walls, plants, lighting, everything.
We've noticed that a meaningful share of our customers discover us around this moment.
We think there's a big business here.
Mixtiles Group - Mixtiles, easyplant, and Oasis - reaches 1 in 20 US households today.
The question is: what should we build around moving?
We don't know yet.
That's the job.
What you'll do
Own this opportunity from zero.
Figure out where the biggest opportunity is. Pick a bet. Build it. Get it in front of customers. Find partners. Test the economics. Kill what doesn't work. Double down on what does.
This isn't a partnerships role, a product role, or a growth role.
It's a builder role.
**
Who we're looking for**
Someone with exceptional judgment, speed, and ownership.
You see opportunities others miss. You can think strategically and then get your hands dirty building.
Your background matters less than what you've built and how you think.

Send us one page answering (we will be reviewing only applications with a one-pager):
If you owned the moving opportunity for Mixtiles Group, what would you build?
Tell us:
- Your thesis: What's the opportunity others might be missing?
- Your bet: If you could do only one thing, what would you do?
- Make it real: Build or sketch something that lets us experience your idea - a prototype, landing page, partner pitch, offer, economics, or whatever you think is most useful.
- Prove it: What would you do in your first 30 days to know if you're right?
- Why you, for this: What gives you an unusual advantage in building this specific business?
Don't give us a list of ideas. Pick a bet. Make it concrete. Convince us.
