Backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs and based in Singapore, we’re entering a critical scale phase.

Why work with us:   Here, you are not just an employee — you are treated as a true owner of the company. Our CEO shares clear updates on business strategy and operations every week, and your ideas are always welcome. You’ll have direct access to leadership, and strong support to turn great ideas into reality. You’ll work alongside a team of highly intelligent, passionate, and execution-driven engineers, using some of the most advanced AI technologies in the industry to solve real problems for users around the world.   We’re looking for our third Product Designer to join our team of passionate product builders. As a design-centric company, designers play a crucial role in shaping both the product and the experience for our users. Our mission is to create the simplest and most beautiful experience for creators who want to build an online business and turn customers into community. We’re looking for a passionate, curious, and self-driven product designer who sweats the details and has excellent taste. You’ll enjoy autonomy, ownership, and a significant impact across the product and company.   About you:

• You care deeply about your craft: You have strong attention to detail, a drive for simplicity, and an understanding of how small nuances come together to create seamless, intuitive designs. You’re always looking for ways to improve.
• You’re an intentional and holistic thinker: You’re thoughtful in your design decisions and understand their impact on both the business and users. You consider broader perspectives, such as product vision and cross-functional collaboration with systems and engineering teams.
• You take ownership: You act as a leader on the projects you drive. You independently manage your timeline and engage with stakeholders to see projects through to completion.
• You’re adaptable: You pivot when needed, embrace iteration, and work at pace, providing vision and direction even in the face of ambiguity.
• You’re balanced: Beyond your craft, you’re a well-rounded contributor who values business context, relationships, trade-offs, and collaboration.

  What you’ll do each day:

• Lead end-to-end design projects, from exploration and ideation to execution and polish.
• Transform complex problems into high-quality, beautiful, and seamless designs across mobile and web platforms for Nas.io.
• Collaborate directly with the founder, team leads, and product and engineering teams to shape overall strategy and product direction.
• Join and contribute to product meetings and design reviews with our founder/CEO.
• Partner closely with engineers during design hand-offs and pre-launch phases to ensure a high-quality implementation.
• Express your ideas through tools like Figma, Jitter, and Framer.
• Solve user problems while maintaining a high level of craft and consistency.
• Push the boundaries of what great product design looks like and help shape the design culture within the company.

  Why this role is unique:

• Work directly with the founder (also CEO) and leadership to influence how our product is designed and developed.
• See your designs come to life in days, with real global impact.
• Enjoy autonomy and ownership to shape your role and grow it in the direction you want.
• Be part of a fast-growing, design-centric company moving at SUPA-fast speed!
• Collaborate with ambitious, driven teammates from around the world.
• Grow your career as the company scales.

  What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of professional product design experience (bonus if you have SaaS or e-commerce experience).
• Proficiency and confidence with Figma (bonus points if you’re also skilled in Framer and Jitter).
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a high-growth environment.
• Passion, self-drive, resilience, and a love for solving challenges.
• A sharp eye for detail and strong design taste that aligns with our brand while raising the bar for the team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can clearly articulate your design rationale and vision through compelling storytelling.
• Basic copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with Nas.io’s design language and product.
• A portfolio showcasing your best product design work.

Our Company Values:

• Think in Days: We don't think about how many years something will take, we think about how many days. This is our secret to fast growth.
• Always Share Secrets: We don't believe in secrets. We share with our followers and our employees what we do and why we do it.
• Never Miss a Monday: We never miss a meeting. We never miss a deadline. We never miss a commitment. Commitment is at the core of our DNA.
