The EHS Consulting Manager leads a portfolio of consulting and embedded services accounts, pairing deep technical EHS expertise with account leadership to deliver outstanding client outcomes, grow relationships, and develop a high-performing team. You will serve as the connection point between our on-site specialists and our consulting practice, ensuring that every client interaction strengthens the partnership.  You will support embedded consulting operations as well as EHS consulting projects.

Your ability to convert that insight into high-value programs — and to orchestrate the right mix of consulting, embedded, and waste services for each client — is what defines success in this role.

The ideal candidate brings both technical depth across multiple EHS disciplines and the commercial instinct to grow accounts, lead proposals, and manage engagement economics. What matters most is a proven record of solving complex EHS challenges, earning the trust of senior client leadership, and building long-term relationships that expand over time.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary EHS assessments and programs spanning occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, biosafety, radiation safety, and process safety.
