• Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market (GtM) plans for key portfolio products, including launch planning, messaging, competitive positioning, and alignment across Marketing, Product, and Sales.
• Create clear solution positioning and high‑quality assets such as playbooks, presentations, webpages, brochures, videos, and one‑pagers to support awareness, consideration, and sales engagement.
• Enable Sales with relevant insights and tools, running enablement sessions, ensuring teams understand new initiatives, and refining collateral based on feedback and usage data.
• Build and run full‑funnel marketing campaigns in German and English across webinars, sponsored content, paid social, email, search, PR, and ABM (account‑based marketing) approaches in partnership with agencies.
• Plan and manage participation in events, conferences, and roundtables, collaborating with the central Events team to deliver strong stories through demos, content, collateral, and customer contributions.

Requirements

• Ca. 3-7 years of B2B marketing or sales experience within financial technology, financial services, or software/SaaS industries.
• Proven ability to market to senior decision‑makers, with a strong track record in sales enablement and translating complex product capabilities into clear value.
