Barista

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

You’re the friendly face behind the bar who turns simple drinks into little moments of joy. From a perfect flat white to a fresh juice that brightens someone’s morning, you bring craft, calm and charisma to every shift. You’ll jump into a lively team that thrives on collaboration, good vibes and helping each other shine. This role sits at the heart of our restaurant and bar, where you’ll keep the energy high and the service smooth from open to close. You’ll learn quickly, grow steadily and have plenty of room to shape your skillset. Your latte art will get its moment to shine.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are

Grandmother Café is our answer to what hospitality should feel like. Inspired by the warmth of walking into a grandmother's home — where the door is always open, there's always something baking and nobody leaves without feeling cared for — it's a café built on connection rather than convenience. Forget speed targets and polished service scripts. Grandmother runs on genuine conversation, familiar faces and the kind of atmosphere where guests of all ages feel comfortable enough to slow down and stay a while. The people who work here aren't just staff — they're characters, with stories and presence. That's the whole point.

The Clubhouse is where community becomes tangible. Designed for members of The Social Hub, it's a space that brings people together — whether that's for (social) work, conversation, events or simply a sense of belonging in a city that can feel enormous. Open from early morning to late at night, with a full food menu and a cocktail bar, it's built to be a true all-day home. Where Grandmother is intimate and unhurried, Clubhouse has energy and flow — and the range to match, from a quiet breakfast to a proper evening out. Members return not just because of what's on offer, but because of how it makes them feel: seen, connected and part of something. Your job is to keep that feeling alive — every day, for every person who walks through the door.
