Bartender

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

As a Bartender at The Social Hub at our Clubhouse, you’re the heartbeat of the bar and the reason guests keep coming back. You mix, shake, and pour with skill, whether it’s a timeless classic, a bold new creation, or a zero-proof drink that still steals the show. Every order comes with your signature mix of precision, personality, and genuine hospitality. One moment you’re crafting cocktails, the next you’re jumping in to support the floor, always making the experience smoother, warmer, and more fun for everyone.

You’ll join a passionate, international F&B crew that thrives on teamwork and takes pride in delivering top-notch service. With hands-on training, guidance from your Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor, and plenty of room to grow, you’ll have everything you need to bring your A-game from day one.

The Clubhouse is where community becomes tangible. Designed for members of The Social Hub, it's a space that brings people together — whether that's for (social) work, conversation, events or simply a sense of belonging in a city that can feel enormous. Open from early morning to late at night, with a full food menu and a cocktail bar, it's built to be a true all-day home. Where Grandmother is intimate and unhurried, Clubhouse has energy and flow — and the range to match, from a quiet breakfast to a proper evening out. Members return not just because of what's on offer, but because of how it makes them feel: seen, connected and part of something. Your job is to keep that feeling alive — every day, for every person who walks through the door.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
