Rooms Operations Management Trainee Programme

Your mission should you choose to accept it...

At The Social Hub, we're redefining hospitality by creating vibrant spaces where travelers, students, professionals and locals connect, work, stay and grow together. We're looking for an ambitious Rooms Operations Management Trainee to join our team in Barcelona. This is a structured 8–12 month development programme designed for hospitality students in their third year of studies or above who are ready to gain hands-on operational experience and prepare for their first leadership role. If you're passionate about people, operations and creating memorable guest experiences, this programme will give you the opportunity to develop the skills, confidence and business knowledge needed to succeed in hotel operations.

In case you don’t know who we are (ahem):

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and UK with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You'll Do:

Throughout the programme, you'll rotate across our Front Office and Housekeeping departments, working alongside experienced leaders and gaining exposure to the day-to-day management of one of our largest hubs.
