About the Role
As a Professional Services Manager, you will own complex customer engagements end-to-end — leading process discovery, architecture design, and advanced configuration of tailored Risk Cloud® solutions. Operating as a trusted GRC advisor, you will partner with enterprise customer risk teams to translate sophisticated business objectives into scalable platform workflows while managing account health and delivery excellence. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise risk advisory, advanced SaaS platform configuration, and emerging AI technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Bespoke Customer Engagements: Own complex professional services projects end-to-end, conducting deep-dive discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver documented business outcomes.
- Architect & Configure Advanced Risk Cloud Solutions: Build sophisticated, non-standard Risk Cloud workflows and data models to address complex enterprise GRC use cases, ensuring solutions adhere to long-term architectural best practices.
