Lead Field Execution on World-Class Mission-Critical Projects
The successful delivery of hyperscale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure requires exceptional field leadership, operational discipline, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Construction Managers play a critical role in coordinating personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules and customer expectations.
About Michels Infrastructure Solutions
Michels Infrastructure Solutions (MIS) brings together the full capabilities of the Michels Family of Companies under a Super General Contractor (Super GC) model, providing mission-critical owners and developers with a single point of accountability for every phase of project execution. By combining self-performed specialty design, construction, and commissioning services, MIS delivers large-scale, multidisciplinary projects with greater control over safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
MIS specializes in the delivery of hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities, leveraging expertise across mass grading and site development, wet and dry utilities, fiber and telecommunications infrastructure, ground improvement, deep foundations, structural concrete, power infrastructure, and commissioning. Our integrated delivery approach enables customers to partner with a single-source team capable of executing some of North America's most complex and demanding infrastructure projects.
Position Overview
As a Construction Manager, you will direct field construction activities supporting large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will provide leadership to Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews while ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
This role serves as the operational bridge between project management and field execution, coordinating workforce planning, equipment utilization, material availability, subcontractor performance, and project scheduling activities. Success requires strong leadership skills, construction expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to build high-performing teams in fast-paced construction environments.
