About the Alpha Group

Alpha Group is a global consultancy serving the financial services industry. Founded in 2003, Alpha brings together specialist expertise across strategy, management consulting, and technology to support clients throughout the transformation lifecycle. With more than 1,200 clients across asset and wealth management, alternatives, and insurance, Alpha is a trusted advisor for complex change programs. Today, Alpha has 1,180+ consultants supporting clients across North America, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. In 2024, Bridgepoint - one of the world’s leading listed private asset growth investors - acquired Alpha in recognition of its track record and growth prospects. Our people are central to our success, and many build long careers at Alpha - often staying for a decade or more. We offer a meritocratic environment where you can grow your career, alongside a welcoming culture where you can be yourself and thrive. We’re continuing to grow and are looking for collaborative, innovative, and ambitious colleagues to join Alpha and help shape our next chapter.
