To support our Business Operations Excellence (BOX) team, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) starting in February 2027 for a duration of 6 months. As part of the BOX division, you will experience the digital transformation of HUGO BOSS up close. Together, we shape change — strategically, communicatively, and culturally. Within our department, we act as a strategic interface between the Business units and IT, managing cross-functional projects across our core areas: Digital Business Operations & Projects, Digital Creation and Sustainable Supply Chain.
You will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge across these fields while actively contributing to our Change Management and Communication initiatives, helping to anchor our Digital and Transformation Programs — such as the TWIN Program — sustainably within the organization.
What you can expect:
- Support in the conceptualization and implementation of change and communication strategies for internal transformation projects, including development of storylines and campaign enabling transformation, digitization, and cultural change
- Independent creation of internal communication formats (e.g. ONE Intranet articles, newsletters, video content, events, and workshops)
- Support in organizing and executing engagement and learning formats (e.g., Division Meetings, Learning Sessions, and Events), as well as preparing presentations and documentation for management and project teams
- Involvement in the digitalization of internal processes and the pilot testing of innovative tools and AI solutions to enhance collaboration and communication
- Hands-on participation in Change Management activities—particularly stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and feedback evaluation
Your profile:
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (min. 3rd semester) or Master’s degree in Communication, Media, Project Management, Digitalization/AI or a comparable field
- You have a strong interest in Change Management, Strategic Communication, and Organizational Transformation
- You combine a creative mindset with structured, proactive and independent working skills
- You have a passion for storytelling, concept development, and content creation as well as a strong enthusiasm for the fast-paced developments in digital and AI-driven business fields
