Videographer

Founded in 2020, unybrands is the next-generation brand accelerator platform built to acquire, integrate, and scale digital-first consumer brands. Headquartered in Miami, with offices in New York, London, Berlin, and Shenzhen, our 240+ team brings deep expertise across e-commerce, brand management, consumer retail, operational scaling, and M&A.

Since inception, we have acquired 30+ brands across Pet Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Supplements, Baby & Juvenile, Garden & Outdoor, Sports & Fitness, and Home & Lifestyle — completing 20+ acquisitions and delivering 16 consecutive quarters of like-for-like organic growth post-integration.

Our competitive advantage lies in a fully integrated operating system purpose-built to transform digital brands into omni-channel category leaders. Powered by a proprietary technology stack built on NetSuite ERP with 200+ data integrations, our platform enables brands to thrive across marketplaces, direct-to-consumer channels, and brick-and-mortar retail.

We focus on acquiring digital-first brands within carefully selected verticals, then applying tailored value creation playbooks that drive growth through innovation, expansion, and automation. We believe the next generation of consumer brands will be built differently — and we're building the AI-enabled retail tech platform to help them consolidate and win.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Videographer to join our Creative Production team in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a key production role supporting a growing demand for high-quality video content across product launches, Amazon, DTC, marketing campaigns and social content.

You will be responsible for taking video projects from brief through to final delivery, including planning, filming, lighting, camera operation, sound and working closely with our editors and wider creative team.

We are also exploring AI-assisted video and 3D workflows, so the ability to work with emerging creative technology and experiment with new production methods would be a strong advantage.

What you’ll do

• Plan and produce product, lifestyle and marketing videos from brief to final delivery.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, sound and other production equipment.
• Film product demonstrations, hero shots, lifestyle content and social-first video.
• Work closely with photographers, 3D artists, retouchers, editors and creative stakeholders.
• Develop creative approaches that make product videos engaging, dynamic and visually strong.
• Capture both studio and lifestyle footage to a high production standard.
• Support video pre-production, including shot lists, storyboards and production planning.
• Edit footage when required and work closely with the Video Editor on post-production.
• Ensure colour, lighting, product appearance and overall visual quality are consistent.
• Manage video assets and maintain an organised production workflow.
• Explore and test AI, 3D and other emerging technologies to improve video production efficiency.
• Help develop repeatable video production workflows and best practices.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Videographer, ideally within e-commerce, product, advertising, fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting and camera operation.
• Experience filming products and creating visually engaging commercial content.
• Good knowledge of video production workflows from pre-production through to delivery.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around product appearance, lighting and colour.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A creative mindset with the ability to turn a brief into strong visual content.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Interest in AI-generated video, 3D and new creative technologies.

What you’ll bring

You will bring dedicated video production capacity to the Creative Production team, allowing us to respond to the growing demand for video content while reducing production lead times.

The role will also help us increase the amount of video we can produce in**-**house, reducing reliance on external production and creating opportunities to develop more efficient and scalable production workflows.

Why join us?

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of products and creative projects while helping shape how our Creative Production team uses traditional production, 3D and AI together.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both making great video and finding smarter ways to produce it.

Benefits:

• 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays
• fully covered dental and health insurance
• weekly lunch and office snack
• summer work from anywhere weeks
• cycle to work scheme
• and many more!
